Minimum Requirements | Incumbent should have a relevant Senior Certificate / Grade 12/ NCV Certificate (Level 4). A Relevant National Diploma/Degree. Experience working in the Education Environment or public sector. A valid code 08 driver’s licence. 5-8 years of experience working with very confidential information at a high level such as working in the Office of the Campus Manager or the Office of the Principal. Having worked with a quality management system in a TVET Sector environment for more than 5 years at salary level 7. High-level experience in client etiquette and evidence of great dedication. Experience in working after working hours and under pressure. |

Duties | Action the Developed internal audit scope, criteria, roles & responsibilities, audit schedule and relevant tools for the next round of internal audits. Conduct an internal audit. Raise non-conformances and list recommendations. Generate audit reports. Forward audit reports to the Audit Manager. Distribute the final audit report to the Principal, Departmental Managers and Campus Managers, where appropriate, for further action. Raise non-conformances during an internal audit and inform all process owners to close out all pending non-conformances before or on due dates. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys for the College. Prepare needed data for management reviews. Distribute feedback to top management on the effectiveness of the quality management system and any need for improvement as per MR minutes. Remind process owners to execute the “To Do List” recommendations to promote systematic continuous improvement. Use management reviews as an opportunity to improve the Quality Management System. Prepare campuses and departments at the central office for surveillance/ recertification audits. SABS undertakes surveillance/recertification (compliance) audits. Remind all process owners to close all non-conformances before or on due dates. Apply recommendations made in the audit report to improve service delivery. |
