The NC(V) Engineering and Related Design course caters for a wide range of career opportunities for students that would like to become qualified artisans within the mechanical engineering sector.  The prospective students will be exposed to a wide range of mechanical engineering subjects. The academic programme integrates the theoretical principles and the practical experience to form a holistic understanding of mechanical engineering.  Students are thus prepared to fit into the activities and processes that are expected in the real world of work.

Students that successfully complete the Level 4 qualification may seek employment opportunities in his/her field of study.  Students who wish to further their academic studies may advance to the N4-N6 Mechanical Engineering courses or apply to other Higher Education institutions such as a University of Technology.
