Subject credits of 50% for the Higher Certificate in Information & Communication Technology can be carried over to the first year of the Diploma in ICT in the following academic year.

Students must obtain a 65% aggregate in the Higher Certificate in Information & Communication Technology in order to apply for the Diploma in ICT in the following academic year.

The top 20 academically performing students at each of the colleges in the Higher Certificate in Information & Communication Technology), will automatically get accepted to the Diploma in ICT in the following academic year.
