Minimum Requirements Matric, Professional qualification in Education (Degree/Diploma) or relevant qualification with a minimum of REQV 13 and an academic BTech qualification in Somatology and/or Diploma in Health and Skin Care. ITEC Diploma in aesthetics and physiatrics, or CIDESCO Diploma aesthetics and physiatrics. Two (2) years appropriate teaching experience in subjects related to the field. Fully Bilingual in at least two official languages (Preferably: English plus Afrikaans or Xhosa but must be fluent in English). Intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Email). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Registered Assessor and Moderator. SACE registered. Valid Code B driver's license.

Recording and analysing data. Development of learning field competency. Professional conduct. Management of the curriculum. Knowledge and implementation of digital learning. Management of resources. Knowledge of relevant prescripts, legislation and policies.
Duties Planning and implementation of subject related plan according to the programme. Deliver quality service to learners. Conduct classroom workshop management according to policy and procedures. Assessment and Moderation. Classroom management. Scheduled contact hours. Relief teaching. Extra- and co-curricular duties. Administration. Professional duties (meetings, workshops, official college functions, seminars, conferences, etc.). Planning preparation and evaluation. Implementation of Achiever Attitude principles. Quality Management.
